The Role: Teaching Assistant
As a Teaching Assistant in a primary school based in Enfield, you will support pupils with high needs across Reception to Year 3. Working closely with class teachers and SEN staff, you will provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to help pupils access learning, develop independence, and engage positively in the classroom.
The role will involve supporting learning activities, emotional regulation, and personal care duties, including nappy changing, where required. You will follow individual support plans and contribute to a calm, nurturing, and structured school environment.
