We are seeking an ambitious, commercially minded Investor Relations Associate to join our London headquarters.
This is a front‑office, growth‑focused role working directly with senior leadership. You will help shape and execute our institutional capital raising strategy while building long‑term partnerships with sophisticated global investors.
The Role
You will operate at the centre of the business, supporting global investor coverage and capital raising initiatives.
Serving as a primary contact for existing investors and prospective allocators
Building and maintaining relationships across pensions, endowments, foundations, family offices and consultants
Coordinating investor calls, meetings, roadshows and industry events
Attending pitches and conferences alongside senior leadership
Participating in operational and investment due diligence processes
Preparing and refining pitchbooks, performance reports, RFPs and DDQs
Supporting investor onboarding and capital activity tracking
Maintaining CRM discipline and organized ODD documentation
Coordinating with investment, risk and compliance teams to ensure timely and accurate investor communication
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree minimum; strong academic record preferred
3–7 years’ experience in investor relations, institutional coverage or client services within a hedge fund, asset manager or bank; candidates with more experience may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis. Lesser experience may be overlooked for exceptional candidates with outstanding academic credentials and demonstrated communication and leadership—through debating, politics, writing, event organisation or similar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and ownership and proactive mindset
Willingness to travel and participate in investor events
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel proficiency
Experience with RFPs/DDQs and CRM systems advantageous
Familiarity with hedge fund structures and portfolio construction concepts advantageous
NFA Series 3 (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
