The Role
You will operate at the centre of the business, supporting global investor coverage and capital raising initiatives.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and ownership and proactive mindset
Willingness to travel and participate in investor events

Experience with RFPs/DDQs and CRM systems advantageous
Familiarity with hedge fund structures and portfolio construction concepts advantageous
NFA Series 3 (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)

What We Offer

Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
Comprehensive benefits package
Direct exposure to senior leadership and fundraising strategy
A steep learning curve within a systematic, research‑driven platform
A collaborative, high‑performance culture of ambitious professionals

At Bayforest, performance, precision and intellectual rigour define how we operate. You will be trusted with responsibility early and measured on impact.
