The Business Services and Outsourcing team are essential to meeting our clients' evolving requirements. They deliver long-term, sustainable value through solutions such as accounting, payroll, and compliance services. They also connect our services across BDO domestically and internationally. Building deep relationships with clients from SMEs to multinational groups, our BS&O team not only advises on specific challenges but also facilitates access to our broader service offerings. To succeed, you’ll need excellent problem-solving skills and initiative. In return, you’ll have opportunities for progression and development in a dynamic role.

You’ll work proactively, managing your tasks while collaborating effectively with colleagues. Regular communication with senior managers, Directors, and Partners will enable us to serve clients well. You’ll also be encouraged to identify opportunities to enhance our delivery and offer additional services.
You’ll be someone with:
* Qualification with the CIPP (e.g., National Payroll Certificate or Year 1 of Foundation Degree in Payroll Management) or equivalent, highly desirable
* A strong work ethic and willingness to assist team members
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize payroll workload
* Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
* Knowledge of legislation affecting payroll
