QCEL are an award-winning catering equipment specialist with over 30 years industry experience based in Worthing, West Sussex. They offer high quality, value-driven solutions that meet all food service requirements, enabling customers to provide the best quality food while maximising efficiency and profitability.
They are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Stores Person based at their head office in Worthing.
Role Responsibilities:
* Ordering spare parts from known suppliers.
* Sourcing items from alternative suppliers if required.
* Placing orders on behalf of the Workshop, Manufacturing & Service.
* Receiving orders over the phone and via email from customers.
* Raising quotations and sales orders.
* Passing completed sales orders through to accounts for invoicing.
* Taking payment from customers.
* Keeping stocks at the correct levels.
* Receiving goods in.
* Packing and distributing parts to engineers via courier.
* Assisting 'Sales' when required with the ordering of equipment.
You will receive:
* Full training will be given on the company software.
* Uniform will be supplied.

The Successful Candidate
* Computer literate.
* Methodical and accurate in your work.
* Have a 'Can Do' attitude.
* Enjoy interacting with customers and colleagues.
* Be able to work together with a small team to get the job done.
* Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
Hours: 9am – 5pm
