Campus & Events Assistant
About THE ROLE
* Design, create, and implement an Associate events calendar working in partnership with HR and Internal Communications, considering the time of year, UK holiday diary, etc., ensuring events are within budget.
* Partner with Internal Communications to create and deliver engaging communication plans and materials, utilizing diverse channels such as email, campus digital screens, Instagram, White City Teams Chat, and notice boards.
* Coordinate regional town halls with Business Development, Internal Communications, IT, and Leadership Executive Assistant, hosted both physically at the London Campus and digitally across the region.
* Support PVH Market Launch and Managers conference events planning, implementation, and follow-up analysis.
* Manage internal email communications for Campus Events/Updates using the First Up Platform.
* Manage Hub North News Post for Campus Community Updates.
* Upload weekly menus to Campus Instagram and post campus event posters.
* Coordinate with IT to screen Hub talks/panels at the White City Campus.
* Assist the Campus team with other activities, including reception coverage during lunch and annual leave.
About YOU
* Experience in a reception, administration, or communications role.
* Take ownership of the campus environment, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming for associates and visitors.
* Engaging personality with the ability to build strong relationships.
* Organized and able to deliver daily tasks efficiently, with flexibility to adapt quickly.
* Proficient in MS Office suite.
