As a Trainee Business Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting our team in managing corporate travel arrangements for our clients. You will work closely with experienced consultants and have the chance to learn everything from booking flights and accommodation to advising clients on the best travel options. Key Responsibilities
* Assist in booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and ground transport for corporate clients
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all clients’ needs are met in a timely and professional manner
* Learn to manage and handle travel requests and queries through various channels
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
* Keep up to date with industry trends, travel regulations, and new technology
* Work closely with senior consultants to gain valuable knowledge and skills
