Must hold a relevant level 3 qualification for working in early years.
The candidate must:
Have a sound knowledge of expected child development
Have experience working in a nursery setting
Have experience being a key person to a number of children
Have ability to stretch and develop children's learning in the moment.
Have experience tracking children's development
Have a sound knowledge of safeguarding protocol and procedures.
The candidate must be able to show a silly side and have the ability to run with their imagination. One day you might be a bus driver with a quick transition to a space ship operator being chased by Dinosaurs You must have the ability to adapt to different environments and change accordingly from child to professional, with ease.
The position is full time, all year round.
