Territory Sales Manager – Medical Aesthetics

Territory Sales Manager
to take ownership of regional growth and develop high-value partnerships with elite aesthetic clinics.

This is a high-impact, consultative sales role for someone ready to accelerate their career in an ever-evolving, fast-paced and exciting industry.

What You'll Be Doing

* Own the
full sales cycle
– from lead generation and prospecting to closing and post-sale support.
* Identify and convert new business opportunities
in private aesthetic clinics, medispas, and skin health practices.
* Grow existing accounts
through strategic upselling and cross-selling across the portfolio.
* Use CRM to manage pipeline activity, track conversion metrics, and report on KPIs.
* Collaborate closely with marketing, clinical trainers, and internal stakeholders to hit and exceed territory targets.
* Attend industry
conferences, trade shows, and educational events
to build brand awareness and foster relationships.
* Stay on top of
aesthetic trends, competitor analysis, and market insights
to remain one step ahead.


What We're Looking For

* Proven
field sales experience
in
medical aesthetics, medical devices, dental, or
closely related industries.
* Strong background in
B2B consultative selling
, ideally to private clinics or healthcare providers.
* Confident with
cold outreach
, lead conversion, upselling and building lasting commercial relationships.
* Commercially astute with excellent
negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
.
* Self-motivated
, organised, and comfortable working autonomously in a regional role.
