Acorns Children's Hospice is seeking a Data Services Administrator to provide efficient administration services to the Data Services Team. This temporary role is for 9 months, working 25 hours per week.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Data Team, use the Data Ticket System (ServoDesk) to assign and manage tickets, conduct regular duplicate record audits within the CRM system (Donorfy), and perform daily data input to maintain up-to-date records.

Job Responsibilities
As Data Services Administrator, you will:
* Provide administrative support to the Data Team
* Use the Data Ticket System (ServoDesk) to assign and manage tickets
* Conduct regular duplicate record audits within the CRM system (Donorfy)
* Data input daily to maintain up-to-date records, reviewing and correcting data anomalies or errors to maintain accuracy
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience of Microsoft Excel
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously, prioritise work and multi-task
* Awareness of GDPR and data protection

Person Specification
Qualifications
* GCSE English and Maths level C or above or equivalent
* Relevant secretarial/administrative qualifications eg RSA/Pitman or NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
Experience
* Experience of Microsoft Excel, Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team
* System helpdesk experience, Experience of Microsoft Office Suite
