Murray Recruitment are recruiting a Contract Administrator for our client based in Glasgow.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Building Services company in a permanent role, supporting a busy service desk. The Contract Administrator will play a vital role in the smooth coordination of both planned and reactive maintenance works, while delivering high-quality administrative support across the operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate, plan, and schedule PPM and reactive maintenance activities
* Act as the central point of contact between clients, engineers, and management
* Process timesheets, expense claims, and holiday requests accurately
* Raise and manage purchase orders for engineers and suppliers
* Support the preparation and issuing of quotations
* Oversee company vehicle scheduling, including MOTs and servicing
* Maintain Health & Safety records and documentation
* Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance within the internal operating system
* Provide general administrative support to the wider management team
Skills & Experience:
* Experience in a similar role such as Helpdesk, Scheduling, or Contract Administration within FM, Maintenance, or Building Services
* Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Experience with IFS or similar job management systems is desirable
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach
* Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Offering:
* Salary of £26,000 – £28,000 per annum depending on experience
* Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am – 4.00pm
