The Right Person Will Have
* A minimum of 2 years relevant experience
* Drive, ambition, and excellent leadership skills
* High level of commercial acumen and motor industry knowledge
* Proven track record in maximizing financial objectives, including working towards targets related to budget, sales, profit, and CSI
* Ability to maximize volume and profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction
* Excellent written, analytical, and numerical skills
* Proactive management style aligning with corporate values
* IT literacy (knowledge of Kerridge desirable)
