Teaching Assistant

Are you passionate about supporting young people in education? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming secondary school in Runcorn.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide 1:1 support to students, adapting learning materials to meet individual needs.
* Assist in creating an inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
* Work closely with teachers and SEN specialists to ensure students receive the best possible support.
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience working with children, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN), is highly desirable.
* Confident in building positive relationships and supporting students in a secondary school setting.
* Flexible and proactive in adapting learning strategies to suit individual needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
