As a Therapy Manager you will:
* Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary therapy team.
* Craft and implement a therapeutic strategy aligned with the organisational vision.
* Innovate and modernise services with a focus on rehabilitation outcomes.
* Represent the organisation externally with bodies like SRM and UKROC.
* Oversee departmental performance, finances, and service improvements.
* Provide professional leadership across therapy disciplines.
* Contribute to shaping a 365-day service to meet residents' needs.
