Great Hallingbury Manor has been reimagined to offer a blend of modern
luxury and timeless Tudor charm. Our recent refurbishment has introduced
contemporary comfort and sophistication, featuring a vibrant new restaurant, a
welcoming bar and lounge, and beautifully designed private dining and event
spaces.
To be a successful part of our Food & Beverage Team we're looking for someone who:
* Has a positive, can‑do attitude towards customers and other team.
* A genuine enthusiasm for learning about all things food and drink — including spirits, wines, cocktails, and delivering the “perfect serve”.
* A willingness to understand different food styles and service standards, learn the menus, and confidently explain dishes to customers.
* Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with guests in a lively, fast‑paced environment.
* The ability to deliver great service — taking orders, serving food and drink, processing payments, and ensuring every guest has an excellent experience.
* Commitment to meeting site service standards and working effectively as part of the team.
* A developing or good understanding of preparing coffees and serving alcohol and wine in both bar and restaurant settings.
* Availability to work opening and closing shifts, including weekends and bank holidays on a pro‑rata basis.
* A willingness to continue your development through in‑house and external training sessions.
