Responsibilities
* Act as primary HVAC interface between engineering teams and construction site leads
* Review FCR and NCR submissions ensuring clarity, completeness, and accuracy
* Assess remediation strategies ensuring solutions are practical and achievable
* Analyse trends in FCR and NCR to identify recurring issues
* Coordinate communication between construction teams and front office stakeholders
* Perform surveillance on HVAC documentation and technical analysis outputs
* Identify and report design and installation non-conformances through quality processes
* Support KPI development to track FCR and NCR throughput performance
* Ensure alignment with standard field solutions and existing issue resolutions
* Provide proactive technical support to unblock construction and maintain progress
