The team you’ll join
You will join a dynamic team focused on delivering value through a secure global payments platform, providing exceptional and user-friendly products and services.
The Role
As a Product Owner, you will oversee fraud detection and prevention capabilities, working with cross-functional teams to implement screening, identify and prevent fraudulent transactions, and maintain customer trust.
Responsibilities include:
* Implementing real-time fraud detection across various channels.
* Setting up screening processes for sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media.
* Managing KYB/KYC compliance in regional regulations.
* Establishing limits and controls to mitigate fraud and money laundering.
* Monitoring transactions for suspicious activity and escalating as needed.

* Define and communicate the vision for defend and protect capabilities.
* Develop and maintain product roadmaps.
Stakeholder Management
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including authorities.
* Build relationships with third parties for seamless integration.
Product Development & Execution
* Translate ideas into user stories and features.
* Manage the product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery.
Customer Experience & Insights
* Ensure a seamless user experience.
* Use data to inform decisions and report on performance.
Market & Partner Analysis
* Stay ahead of industry trends and regulations.
* Engage with partners to align goals and create mutual value.
Subject Matter Expert
* Advise sales and regional teams on platform capabilities.
Qualifications
* 3-5 years as a Product Owner or Manager, preferably in fintech.
* Experience with external partners and regulatory compliance.
Skills & Knowledge
* Excellent communication and analytical skills.
* Familiarity with Agile, Jira, Confluence, payment solutions, and fraud detection tools.
Education
* Bachelor's in Business, Computer Science, or related.
