This independent firm is expanding and looking for an enthusiastic Block Manager to join them.
✨ What You’ll Be Doing:
* Working with 2 experienced Block Managers
* Supporting a portfolio of 22 blocks / 450 leasehold units
* Covering locations across South, East & the City of London
* Taking ownership of Health & Safety & Compliance
* Carrying out inspections and reviewing building safety documentation
* Working closely with residents, contractors and internal teams
✨ What They’re Looking For:
* Block management experience essential
* Strong awareness of H&S / compliance
* Understanding of building safety regs & testing certificates
* Someone confident conducting inspections and keen to learn
