Gr8 Connect are recruiting for an experienced Key Accounts Administrator for one of our prestige clients based in Preston!Are you enthusiastic? Are you organised? Do you have an eye for detail?If you identify with the above, this role was made for you!And most importantly, you will be joining a company that can offer valuable career prospects and believes in investing in its people.Our ClientGr8 Connect's client is one of the largest green space management service providers in the UK and specialises in tree care and management, grounds maintenance and landscaping.What our client is looking for?The Key Account Administrators key responsibilities will be to provide proficient secretarial and administrative support to the Head of Key Accounts and the Key Account managers.To take full responsibility for the management of Commercial Clients, including Managing Agents and Retail Accounts in ensuring we exceed the clients expectations, through the monitoring of our client's IT portals, to ensure that these are fully up to date with regards to PPM scheduling, and respond to any reactive tasks using the clients CAFM system.

Inputting and managing our internal monitoring and performance IT system and quoting systems. Candidates must be proficient in the use of Excel/Google Sheets and be able to produce analytical reports from the Glendale live systemThe main duties of the Key Account Administrator include:Oversee all reporting and ensure accuracy and deadlines are metTo maintain and support the helpdesk, respond to the clients within the prescribed KPIsTo support the sales pipeline via the key accounts manager and the sales teamEnsure all quotes are dealt with promptlyTo produce and maintain through regular reviews, a Service Level Agreement for each site within the specific Clients remit.Ensure that all potential opportunities for clients are identified, reported and updated on SIP, quoting VO works to include minor civil works and landscaping works.Identify new sales opportunities and ensure continuous growth of our clients to include new site contracts, Hard and soft landscaping improvements, Winter gritting services, internal and external planting and the cross-selling of other Glendale businessAlong with the Key Account management team, use experience to support with new bids development, providing written information relating to mobilisation activities, continuous improvements, sustainability, etcFully undertake all day to day tasks relating to the finance and month-end reporting, including sales invoicing, job tracking and any other ad-hoc duties.Work with the Finance team to follow up and reduce bad debt, where and where required, produce reports to present to the Clients highlighting where Purchase Orders are required and where payment has still to be received.The above duties are not exhaustive, and the Company may request that the job holder undertake additional reasonable responsibilities in line with this role.What our client can offer you?Competitive salaryIncremental annual leaveAccess to BenefitHub our employee discount portal - discounts on travel bookings, high street & supermarket shops, gift cards, cinema tickets, days out, leisure activities and help with your day to day spendingFree gym membership for you and a nominated personEmployee health cash planPension SchemeCompany sick payCareer progressionTraining and developmentShiftsMonday to Friday- 08.30-17.00 or 08.00-16.30 2 days in office and 3 days work from home!TEMP TO PERM POSITION If you are interested in applying for this role, please feel free to reach out to us!TPBN1_UKTJ
