We provide full training to help you succeed. What You’ll Gain Excellent Pay: £17.50 – £28.00 per hour (depending on shift type) Outstanding Training: Online modules plus in-person courses including safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, and PACE training Clear Career Progression: Opportunities to grow into Senior Support Worker roles and beyond Great Benefits: • Flexible scheduling (agency role) • Casual dress code • Company pension • Referral bonuses Why Join Paragon? Because here, your work truly matters. Every shift is an opportunity to help rewrite a young person’s story — to replace fear with safety, uncertainty with stability, and doubt with belief. If you bring the passion and commitment, we’ll provide the training, support, and opportunities to help you thrive while you help others do the same. Apply today and start a career where your impact lasts a lifetime. Safeguarding Commitment: This role is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check due to working with vulnerable young people. Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people is at the heart of everything we do, and all applicants must share this commitment.
