Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in a specialist secondary provision in North London that supports pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to support students aged 11-16 who may present with a range of needs including SEMH, behavioural challenges, ADHD, and autism. You will play a key role in helping students regulate their emotions, engage in learning, and develop positive relationships within the school environment.
