Employment Associate | 4–7 PQE | London
A leading London law firm is looking to recruit an Employment Associate (4–7 PQE) to join its established and growing Employment team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious employment lawyer seeking high-quality work, strong client exposure, and the chance to advise a diverse client base on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
The team advises on a broad range of employment issues including:
* Employment tribunal litigation
* HR advisory and employee relations matters
* Senior exits and settlement agreements
* Redundancy and restructuring projects
* TUPE and business reorganisations
* Discrimination and whistleblowing claims
* Employment support on corporate transactions
* Drafting employment contracts, policies, and procedures
The successful candidate will ideally:
* Be England & Wales qualified
* Have between 4–7 years’ PQE in employment law
* Have experience gained at a recognised UK law firm
* Demonstrate strong technical and commercial skills
* Be confident managing client relationships and handling matters with autonomy
