Executive Assistant to the CEO & Executive Directors
Location: Eccles, Manchester
Contract: Full-time | Permanent
Salary: Up to £45k, depending upon experience
Be at the Centre. Drive the Momentum. Make Things Happen.
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role.
We're looking for a high-performing, forward-thinking Executive Assistant who thrives on pace, complexity, and responsibility. You'll work directly with the CEO and Executive Directors, acting as a trusted partner who keeps priorities moving, decisions on track, and the Executive Office operating at its best.
If you're someone who anticipates rather than reacts, enjoys variety, and takes pride in being the person others rely on — this role is for you.
-----------------------------------
The Opportunity
You'll sit at the heart of the organisation, managing fast-moving diaries, high-volume communications, and critical meetings. You'll bring order to complexity, confidently manage senior stakeholders, and take ownership of projects that matter.
No two days will look the same — and that's exactly the point.

What You'll Be Doing
Executive Partnership
* Act as a trusted right-hand to the CEO and Executive Directors
* Manage complex calendars, inboxes, and priorities with confidence and precision
* Anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep momentum moving
* Lead short-term projects and executive initiatives from start to finish
* Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and sound judgement
-----------------------------------
Communication & Influence
* Be the professional first point of contact for senior stakeholders and partners
* Manage all executive communications — drafting, chasing, filtering, and responding
* Create a strong first impression by welcoming visitors and managing calls with confidence
* Prepare and deliver clear, timely executive reports
-----------------------------------
Meetings, Travel & Logistics
* Own the scheduling and coordination of board meetings, leadership meetings, events, and site visits
* Plan and manage travel and accommodation seamlessly
* Ensure executives are always prepared, informed, and one step ahead
-----------------------------------
Governance, Projects & Office Leadership
* Prepare high-quality board papers, presentations, agendas, and reports
* Take accurate minutes, track actions, and ensure follow-through
* Maintain decision logs, confidential records, and executive documentation
* Support tenders, grants, contracts, and business developments
* Lead on business insurance applications and claims
* Act as the Head Office anchor — maintaining standards, supplies, and smooth operations
* Manage expenses, gifts, car arrangements, and executive logistics
* Liaise confidently with staff, suppliers, contractors, and external partners
-----------------------------------
Who You Are
You're organised, resilient, and thrive in a high-trust role. You're comfortable managing pressure, switching priorities, and working closely with senior leaders. You don't wait to be asked — you see what needs doing and make it happen.
You'll bring:
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role
* Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills
* Clear, confident written and verbal communication
* Strong judgement and a calm, professional approach
* A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
-----------------------------------
What You'll Get
* A high-impact role at the centre of decision-making
* Trust, autonomy, and visibility with senior leadership
* Variety, challenge, and the opportunity to grow with the organisation
* A role that evolves as the business does

Additional Information
* Travel to sites may be required
* Appointment subject to DBS check
* This role will develop over time — flexibility is essential
