Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid AV Technical Support Help Desk role based in London, United Kingdom, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves troubleshooting and supporting Audio Visual (AV) Systems, video conferencing, lighting, and projectors daily.
Qualifications
* Experience with AV Systems and troubleshooting
* Knowledge of Video Conferencing technologies
* Familiarity with Projectors
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* AV or related certification is a plus
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
