Join Jacobs as a Civil Design Engineer - Water (x3) in Birmingham, England, United Kingdom. You will be part of a large team delivering water infrastructure projects across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and planning to design, construction management and long-term operations.

Responsibilities
* Lead multidisciplinary civil engineering projects from concept to completion
* Deliver innovative and sustainable design solutions across water infrastructure
* Oversee technical delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive project success
* Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development
* Demonstrate exemplary health, safety and wellbeing management in accordance with Jacobs BeyondZero
* Foster relationships to support growth with existing water clients
What you’ll need
* Progressive experience in civil engineering with detailed design and design-and-build execution for water and wastewater projects
* Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and project lifecycle management
* Familiarity with UK water sector regulations and safety protocols
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Member of ICE or CIWEM
* Robust understanding of current health, safety and welfare legislation
* Commitment to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
