As Cleaning Operative at Squared, you’ll be providing a crucial service to customers. Working across our sites in Luton you’ll be making sure our buildings reflect our high standards and you’ll be providing the kind of excellent service we’re famous for.
You’ll need to work at a good pace and take responsibility for meeting tight deadlines. You’ll enjoy seeing the difference your work will make to our customers.
These are the things you’ll need to do in your role. You may be asked to achieve additional objectives and tasks as part of your development or as the role evolves
* Cleaning all areas of our buildings using appropriate appliances, methods and cleaning products
* Take responsibility for maintaining suitable cleaning products and ensuring they are used and available
* Provide efficient and effective cleaning support, including ensuring that security and general appearance of the buildings and surrounding areas are well maintained
* Take responsibility for emptying waste bins and taking waste to recycling plants
* Wash walls and inside windows to body height
* Work additional hours if needed
* Understand and follow Squared’s policies and procedures at all times, including Health and Safety and Fairness
* To ensure cleaning is carried out in accordance with Health & Safety Regulations
