Salary: £12.70
What you will do
* Deliver outstanding customer service and promote safer gambling.
* Take bets on a wide range of sports and events.
* Process customer transactions, including cash handling.
* Demonstrate our products and betting terminals to customers.
* Handle customer complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills.
* Work towards targets and maintain high shop standards.
* Open or close the shop as needed, being responsible as a key holder.
Working patterns
Shops operate from Monday to Sunday, 8am - 10pm, including weekends and bank holidays. Your weekly rota will typically be 10 hours, comprising a mix of long opening/closing shifts and shorter evening shifts, varying week to week.
We value work-life balance and will provide your rota at least four weeks in advance.
Qualifications
* Must be 18 years or over.
* Passion for customer service and building relationships.
* Effective communication skills.
* Self-motivated and proactive.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Calm and professional handling of challenging situations.
