We're looking to hire an individual to assist with IT support and related tasks, to work in our Congleton office alongside our existing non-technical staff and growing IT & development team.
The ideal candidate will have an aptitude for learning and troubleshooting, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
* Monitoring of internal IT issues, providing both hardware and software IT support.
* Providing support to internal staff, both working in office and remote.
* Escalating support requests as required to internal development team and/or external partners.
* Management of user accounts, including permissions and password assistance.
* Management and tracking of internal IT related resources, including stock management and ordering.
* General testing of internal software, prior to deployment / release.
* Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of internal software, both bespoke and purchased.
* Supporting of IT projects and other IT focused initiatives, as directed by management.
Required Skills:
* Windows setup, maintenance, and administration.
* Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, etc.).
* Understanding of basic networking.
Desirable Skills:
* M365, Entra / Azure AD, Intune, and other related Microsoft products.
* PBX phone system management, both on-premise and cloud based.
* PowerShell scripting.
* More in-depth networking (firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, etc.).
* SQL knowledge.
* Cybersecurity knowledge.
* Linux / Mac setup, maintenance, and administration.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
