Bolton Community CAMHS is seeking enthusiastic, caring, and passionate clinicians to expand our community CAMHS team.
We are in a period of exciting change and development, looking for experienced registered Mental Health Nurses, Social Workers, or Occupational Therapists to join our multidisciplinary team in Bolton, committed to delivering quality care for children, young people, and families.
Our busy, friendly service offers various treatment approaches, including individual, group, and family work. We collaborate closely with partner agencies and involve children, young people, and their families in all aspects of our service, including staff recruitment.

Main duties of the job
The role involves:
Providing high-quality, evidence-based, client-centered care to children and young people with mental health issues within the THRIVE Framework.
Offering interventions, advice, consultancy, and supervision to colleagues and external partner agencies in line with THRIVE principles.
Developing the role further in line with national and local initiatives, as it is part of the CYPMH strategy.
Demonstrating respect and valuing service users and their carers.
Embracing the organization’s core values and principles of Recovery and THRIVE, including promoting safe practices, valuing service users' aims, working in partnership with meaningful choices, and maintaining optimism about change.

* Pay enhancements: 30% additional for evenings (8 pm onwards) and Saturdays; 60% additional for Sundays and bank holidays.
* Annual leave: 27 days plus bank holidays, increasing to 29 after 5 years and 33 after 10 years.
* Evidence of further studies or postgraduate qualifications.
Experience
* Experience in mental health assessments and therapeutic interventions with children and young people and their families.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, including sensitive clinical information sharing.
* Experience working with diverse patient groups across the clinical severity spectrum, maintaining professionalism in emotive situations.
* Case management experience and supervising students as required.
* Knowledge of specialist therapies for difficult-to-treat groups.
* Knowledge of theory and practice of specialist therapies/interventions.
* Experience delivering teaching and training.
* Consultation experience with professional and non-professional groups.
