We’re looking for an enthusiastic Digital Designer to join our busy in-house team. If you enjoy varied work, collaboration and seeing ideas through from brief to delivery, this role could be a great fit. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications and stakeholders across the business on video, digital and print projects including social content, web assets, presentations, infographics and training materials. What you’ll do Design on-brand assets across digital, motion and print - from social graphics and web visuals to decks and infographics. Manage the process end-to-end: take briefs, develop concepts, prototype where helpful, iterate with feedback, artwork and deliver final files. Create simple animations and short-form video edits, support photoshoots and basic image retouching. Build and maintain templates and brand assets to keep delivery consistent and efficient. Juggle multiple deadlines, prioritising with the Head of Marketing & Communications to keep work moving smoothly. Uphold brand guidelines and ensure everything we publish is accessible, accurate and fit for purpose. About you 1–2 years’ experience in a graphic/digital design role, or a strong graduate portfolio. Confident in Adobe Creative Cloud —Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (bonus if you’ve used Premiere Pro/After Effects or Lightroom). Confident with WordPress or similar web platforms. Comfortable with photography/video capture for social and internal content. A proactive problem-solver with excellent attention to detail, organisation and communication. A team player with a hands-on, can-do attitude who keeps up with design and marketing trends. Bonus/advantageous skills Figma (components, auto-layout, basic prototyping). Experience creating simple iconography, animation, illustrations or data visuals.
