Job Title: Team Leader/ Head of Property Management
Location: North West London
Salary: £45k basic + £5k - £10k bonus

The Opportunity:
My client, a growing and well-established property group, is seeking a senior-level Property Management professional to lead the operations and performance of a diverse residential portfolio in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership abilities, commercial awareness, and extensive experience in residential property management to take ownership and make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and implement strategic management of a residential portfolio (~200 properties).
2. Drive performance and commercial growth while maintaining high standards of compliance and tenant satisfaction.
3. Manage maintenance, contractor coordination, safety compliance, and refurbishment works.
4. Lead on tenancy lifecycles including leasing, renewals, check-ins/outs, inventories, and dispute resolution.
5. Maintain and develop tenant relationships, handling complaints, notices, and legal matters.
6. Budget management, arrears control, financial reporting, and cost optimisation.
7. Lead, mentor, and support a team of property and maintenance professionals, setting objectives and performance reviews.
