Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Sales Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Hainault.
The ideal candidate should be target driven and looking to work within a team. You will need to be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career and have a winning mindset.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Trainee Sales Negotiator:
* Basic £23,500
* Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm, every Saturday 8.30am - 6pm (with a day back in lieu)
* 5 day working week
* £50 per completed mortgage application
* Every other month competitions
Responsibilities for the role of Trainee Sales Negotiator:
* Registering and qualifying potential buyers
* Generating viewings
* Canvassing to bring on new properties
* Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
* Preparing sales brochures
* Developing relationships
* Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
* Booking appointments
* Always delivering exceptional customer service
Key Skills for the role of Trainee Sales Negotiator:
* Previous property experience not essential
* High level of customer service skills ideally with sales
* The desire to work well in a team
* Sales and target driven
* Ambitious, enthusiastic and motivated with a winning mindset
* Confident telephone manner
* Well presented
* Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car
