The successful candidate will support the day-to-day administration of the Trust incident reporting system and coordinate investigations, ensuring data quality, approval, monitoring, and documentation are maintained daily.
The post holder should have good attention to detail, time management skills, and a solid understanding of Microsoft Office packages.

The Incident Administrator will be responsible for data quality checks, incident approval, monitoring, and preparing investigation documentation as required by the Trust. They will liaise with operational staff across the Trust to support incident reporting and management.
The postholder must ensure timely responses to incidents and investigations across the GMMH footprint, prioritizing a busy workload in a fast-paced environment.
