As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Regional Transport Manager (South & West) to join the business on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a site-based leadership role with accountability across multiple locations within the South and West region, requiring regular travel and a strong on-site presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the operational and commercial strategy set by the Head of Retail within the region, ensuring full legal and safety compliance, delivering operational excellence and driving customer engagement across all sites. The role holds full regional transport P&L accountability and is critical in delivering safe, compliant and commercially strong transport operations.

Roles and Responsibilities
* Provide visible regional leadership and governance across all sites
* Ensure efficient, safe and compliant transport operations
* Hold full regional transport P&L accountability
* Manage all operational transport costs
* Ensure full compliance with UK transport legislation
* Lead accident and incident reduction initiatives
* Develop and lead transport management teams
* Maintain frequent on-site customer engagement and relationship management
* Drive continuous improvement across the region

* Regional transport P&L performance
* Cost efficiency and audit outcomes
Qualifications
* CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) holder - Mandatory
* Proven delivery of transport P&L performance
* Strong knowledge of UK transport legislation
* Experience managing large fleets and driver populations
