Compensation: £62,761 – £72,236 (including paid school holidays) plus excellent benefits.
Overview
The Witherslack Group is looking for a qualified Psychologist to join our multi‑disciplinary team at Luxborough Court School, a purpose‑built specialist school for pupils aged 5‑19 with autism. Our clinicians play a crucial role in providing therapeutic support and ensuring high‑quality care across educational and residential settings.
Responsibilities
* Lead therapeutic living and learning environments for young people with complex needs.
* Conduct clinical assessments, formulate interventions and provide individualised support.
* Collaborate with educational and residential staff to embed therapeutic principles into everyday routines.
* Deliver consultation, workshops, training and guidance to the educational and residential teams.
* Provide supervision, clinical development and participate in the broader clinical learning programme.
Qualifications
* Qualified Clinical, Educational, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist registered with the HCPC.
* Proven expertise in assessing, formulating and delivering therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
* Experience supporting teams to create clinically informed learning environments.
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
* Commitment to achieving the best outcomes for young people.
