The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Treatment Room Co‑ordinator to join our team at West Dunbartonshire Health & Social Care Partnership (HSCP). The post holder will provide an accessible, appropriate, high‑quality, culturally sensitive and effective nursing service to all age groups within the treatment room setting whilst working in partnership with other members of the primary health care team and service users.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, delivering holistic care and supporting patients with a variety of complex needs, including chronic conditions, palliative care, wound management, and rehabilitation.

* Clydebank Health Centre
* Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:30
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high‑quality nursing care to individuals in the community, ensuring the needs of patients are assessed and met.
* Serve as clinical lead, accountable for the coordination of activities and staff within all treatment rooms and phlebotomy services in West Dun HSCP.
* Work collaboratively with GPs, social care, and other allied health professionals to deliver integrated care.
* Support patients and their families with education and self‑management strategies.
* Promote health and wellbeing through proactive intervention and health education.
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records.
Knowledge, Training, Qualifications and/or Experience Required
* Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
* Experience in treatment room or community nursing and delivering care to patients with complex needs.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and support a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
