Workshop Controller required for Successful Manufacturer Approved Dealership in the Heathrow area. Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service department and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop. Duties: Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians Providing invoices for customers Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work Requirements: Have a previous working experience within a similar role Strong Leadership skills A full and valid UK Driving Licence Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop Hours of work for this Workshop Controller role are Monday to Friday (07:00 – 17:00), with 1-in-4 Saturday mornings. The Salary being offered up to £45,000 with OTE of £50,000.
