About The Role
EKFB is a joint venture that combines international expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction, and BAM Nuttall. Each partner specializes in design, construction, operation, financing, and maintenance of railway networks, including a major high-speed rail project in Europe.
We are seeking a Safety, Health, and Wellbeing Advisor to join our team at the Chipping Warden to Southam section of works. Applicants must hold a full driving license.
This role is based from our compound in Chipping Warden.
You will join an established team of safety professionals led by the section's Safety, Health, and Wellbeing (SHW) Manager, supporting the project to safely deliver our section of works for HS2.
Your responsibilities will include promoting and supporting both Corporate and Local SHW Campaigns, fostering relationships with onsite operational teams and supply chain to monitor and improve SHW performance.
You will conduct Site Safety Inspections for all activities, proactively identify trends or anomalies, and work with operational teams to monitor and close out audit/inspection findings, investigations, and other actions related to the Delivery Area.
Additionally, you will advise the SHW Manager on common trends, events, or inspection findings to inform local campaigns and initiatives, aiming to enhance SHW performance across the area. Applying and communicating the benefits of relevant content from the Business Management System will also be part of your role.

About You
* Minimum NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent)
* TechIOSH status or higher
* Ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent communication and engagement skills
* Strong practical knowledge of SH&W on-site
* Full driving license and access to a vehicle
