Job description Job Overview Our client is currently seeking an office manager / assistant, with responsibilities in finance and customer service. You will be part of a small team working Part-Time assisting the Office Manager. Tasks * Raising sales invoices and credits. * Collating all purchase invoices and expense receipts and sending to accountant. * Reconciling customer payments in weclapp and on Xero with the bank account. * Loading sales orders on weclapp – from customer emails to sales * Raising quotes (by request from sales) * Answering inbound phone calls * Replying to customer service queries * Updating customers on back orders/private label orders * Creating purchase orders and updating cost prices * Goods in of deliveries in weclapp and creating back order shipments * Creating export documents – commercial invoices for deliveries to Northern Ireland/Ireland/Holland/Germany. * Sorting information for imports Responsibilities' * Making sure all details from the month are collated and sent to the accountant by end of 2nd working day of the new month. * Answer every query in the customer service inbox within 30 minutes (during work hours). * Main point of contact for Southern Storage (3PL Company) to ensure no delays with any deliveries. * Main point of contact for any courier or delivery service – arranging collections / claiming...
