As our Finance Manager, you will:
* Develop and prepare annual budgets and forecasts to guide our financial strategy.
* Monitor income and expenditure, producing timely reports for headteachers and budget holders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
* Maintain high financial control standards and oversee all financial transactions to safeguard our resources.
* Generate and coordinate new income streams aligned with our mission, helping us to grow and flourish.
* Prepare for annual audits and liaise with auditors to ensure compliance and best practises.
We seek a candidate who has:
* An Enhanced DBS is desirable however, we can issue this for you.
* Proven experience in finance and administrative management to lead our financial operations.
* Strong knowledge of financial planning and budget setting to help us stay on track.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
* The ability to work flexibly and adaptively within a team environment, promoting a positive workplace culture.
* Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft 365, to enhance efficiency and productivity.
