You will be working for apany that specialise in providing support and care for children who have had traumatic starts to life. As apany, they support young people with emotional and behaviour difficulties, as well as unapanied asylum seekers.
Your new role
In this role, you will act as a positive role model, while ensuring the young people in your care are safeguarded from harm. You will support them in their daily lives, promoting structure and a sense of wellbeing and calm.
You will work a long day/sleep in shift pattern to enable you to build meaningful relationships and provide consistency to the young people.
There are temporary and permanent roles available.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a resilient individual with a naturally patient and caring personality. Ideally, you will have some social care experience, although this does not have to be within the children's sector. To apply for this role you must have a valid UK driving licence.
