The Role
As Planning Manager, you will lead planning strategy across multiple commercial schemes, acting as the primary interface between internal stakeholders, local authorities and external consultants. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and managing planning strategy for commercial and mixed-use sites
* Instructing and coordinating external planning consultants and technical teams
* Overseeing the preparation, submission and negotiation of planning applications
* Advising development and investment teams on planning risk, programme and value
* Supporting site acquisition through planning appraisals and due diligence
