Job Description
As a Superintendent, you will oversee all aspects of drywall projects, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Interpret and apply contract guidelines, drawings, and scope of work
2. Develop accurate labor, material, and cost estimates
3. Monitor project milestones and production goals
4. Complete project administration tasks accurately and on time
5. Report directly to the Director of Field Operations
6. Utilize Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting
7. Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams

The Successful Applicant
You are an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in drywall and a passion for delivering projects on time and within budget.
Requirements:
8. 3-5 years of Superintendent experience
9. Proven drywall expertise
10. Strong understanding of contract guidelines and specifications
11. Ability to analyze labor, material, and cost expectations
12. Proficient in Microsoft Office
13. Excellent communication and organizational skills
14. Collaborative mindset with leadership ability
