Commercial Director – UK & Ireland
.
In this pivotal role, you will take full strategic ownership of day-to-day commercial operations, while also spearheading a comprehensive review of current sales and account management strategies. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will identify and implement performance improvements to drive growth, customer success, and operational excellence across all channels.
Person Criteria:
* You will require a strong background in sales development, customer engagement, commercial pricing strategy, and team leadership.
* A proven track record of upselling, successful contract negotiations, and delivering commercial results through effective collaboration.
* Experience of working in a fast moving, entrepreneurial, B2B manufacturing environment
This is a hybrid role, requiring on-site presence at Head Office approximately two to three days per week.
