A leading global insurer is expanding its Commercial Lines Pricing team and hiring a Pricing Manager to shape pricing strategy across Energy, Marine & Construction, with visibility across wider Speciality lines. You’ll work directly with senior underwriters on some of the market’s largest accounts, lead bespoke pricing and portfolio analysis, and drive best practices across a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead pricing and portfolio analytics across complex corporate risks, including bespoke case pricing.
* Build, enhance and maintain pricing tools in collaboration with underwriting and group actuarial.
* Coach and develop junior analysts while driving best practices and technical excellence.
* Present performance insights and market trends to senior UK and Group stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
* Qualified actuary or data scientist with strong Commercial Lines / London Market pricing experience.
* Advanced technical capability (Python/R, SQL, VBA, MS Office) and strong actuarial judgement.
* Confident communicator who can manage stakeholders, influence decisions and lead a team.
