Associate Architect – Data Centers
A leading international architecture and engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate Architect to join its growing London team. This is a strategic opportunity for a senior-level architect with strong Revit capabilities and proven experience in data center projects to step into a high-impact leadership role.
The Role
As Associate Architect, you’ll lead complex, technically demanding data center projects across various stages—from concept and planning to detailed design and delivery. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams and clients across the UK and Europe, ensuring design excellence and technical precision in every aspect.
This role requires someone with strong commercial awareness, team leadership skills, and the confidence to manage client relationships on major infrastructure-driven projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and delivery of data center and mission-critical projects
* Oversee coordination of architectural packages using Revit and BIM workflows
* Manage and mentor project teams to ensure high-quality outcomes
* Collaborate closely with engineers, consultants, and client-side stakeholders
* Ensure regulatory compliance and integration of sustainable design principles
* Contribute to strategic growth and client development within the data center sector
Requirements
* ARB-registered architect with extensive UK experience
* Strong portfolio of data center or similar technical/infrastructure-led projects
* Advanced Revit and BIM knowledge essential
* Confident team leader with excellent communication and coordination skills
* Comfortable working on large-scale, international projects in a fast-paced environment
