Are you ready to lead a skilled team in a high-impact pharmaceutical environment? A reputable client of ours is looking for a Packaging & Labelling Supervisor to oversee the packaging of their clinical trial supplies in a state-of-the-art cGMP production facility.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead and supervise a team in clinical supplies packaging & labelling
* Oversee daily operations, schedules, and resources for production
* Ensure strict compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, and health & safety guidelines
* Maintain production accuracy through systems like SAP
* Drive continuous improvement and support cross-functional collaboration
* Conduct staff training and support technical documentation efforts
* Investigate and resolve process deviations with corrective actions
Requirements
What we require:
* Proven leadership in a production or packaging setting
* In-depth knowledge of cGMPs and global regulatory requirements (MHRA, FDA, EU CTR)
* Experience in clinical trial supplies or pharmaceutical manufacturing
* Bachelor’s degree in Science or Mechanical Engineering (required)
* Strong communication, scheduling, and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency with tools like SAP, Veeva, MS Office
