We are a leading education recruitment agency based in Spitalfields, London, specialisingin placing talented educators into primary schools across the UK. Our team is fast-paced, dynamic, and passionate about delivering exceptional staffing solutions. We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy Primary Team and contribute to the success of our recruitment efforts.
Role responsibilities:
Sourcing candidates from online job sites, advert placements, job fairs, referrals and other sources
Writing and posting job adverts across multiple channels
Arranging registrations with candidates over the telephone, online and face to face, carrying out a screening interview using a set out criteria
Once interview has taken place, ensuring all registration forms and right to work documents/checks are obtained before being passed to the compliance team
Liaising with candidates on a daily basis over the phone and keeping up to date with their availability for work
Building rapport with both candidates and clients and assisting consultants with filling daily booking and long term placements
Ideal candidate:
Ambitious, tenacious, resilient and confident with strong negotiation skills
A professionaltelephone manner and persuasive abilities together with excellent research skills and the ability to multi-task
Ability to portray a persistent, and positive attitude
Strong interpersonal skills with effective listening and enquiry abilities, both in-person and via telephone
Able to cope with pressure and meet targets
A good team player with the ability to work on own initiative
While this is not a sales role, it does have a direct impact on the sales side of the business.
