Our client delivers exceptional experiential brand activations for some of the world’s most recognisable brands. As the business grows, we’re excited to be recruiting for a Head of Client Projects, this is a brand new senior management role at the heart of our delivery function.

The Head of Client Projects will lead the Client Project team and take overall accountability for the planning, delivery and performance of our client project programmes and events. You will work closely with the Head of Operations & Logistics, as well as other internal teams, to ensure seamless, joined-up delivery across the business.

This role combines hands-on leadership of event programmes and campaigns with strategic oversight, ensuring events are delivered efficiently, commercially sound, and to exceptional quality for our clients.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and develop the Client Project team, setting clear standards, expectations and ways of working

Take overall accountability for the planning, execution and delivery of client programmes and events

Act as a senior escalation point for delivery challenges or client issues

Ensure project governance, risk management, approvals and client sign-off are consistently applied

Oversee project budgets, forecasting and reconciliation, ensuring financial control and efficiency

Track and report on project KPIs, timelines, budgets and resource utilisation

Drive continuous improvement through structured debriefs and delivery reviews

What are we looking for:

Proven experience in a senior project management role within events, experiential, client services or a similar environment

Strong people leadership experience, including developing capability and managing team performance

Demonstrable ownership of budgets, forecasting and commercial delivery

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence influencing senior clients and internal teams

Strong project management skills, including planning, coordination, risk management and issue resolution

Experience in large-scale live events, brand activations, exhibitions or multi-stakeholder programmes (highly desirable)

Relevant project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, APM) is desirable
