The Role
We are seeking a Wellbeing Accommodation Support Worker to support young people aged 16 to 18 living in semi-independent accommodation. You will be a key person ensuring their safety, helping them develop independent living skills, and supporting their wellbeing in their living environment.
You will join a well-established, welcoming, and enthusiastic team. The successful candidate will receive full training but must be proactive, positive, approachable, non-judgemental, and possess a good sense of humour. The ability to make safe and effective decisions under pressure is essential.
You will work in accordance with our policies, procedures, and Ofsted requirements.
