Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, helping them to develop their social, emotional, and cognitive skills. This position requires a strong commitment to early childhood education and the ability to engage with children in a meaningful way.
Duties
* Create and implement engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of children.
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all children in your care.
* Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to education.
* Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records of their development.
* Manage daily routines, including meal times, playtime, and rest periods.
* Lead group activities that promote teamwork and social skills among children.
* Collaborate with other educators and staff members to enhance the overall learning experience.
* Drive initiatives that encourage parental involvement in their children's education.
Skills
* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Background in Early Childhood Education or related field is essential.
* Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is mandatory
* Leadership qualities to inspire and guide both children and fellow staff members.
* Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while maintaining a positive atmosphere.
* A genuine passion for nurturing the development of young minds.
* Flexibility and creativity in adapting educational approaches to meet diverse needs.
Qualifications and Experience
* HNC OR SVQ LEVEL 7 Social Services (children and young people) or equivalent.
* 3 Years + Experience

Pay: £12.60-£13.00 per hour
